Practical informations

Numerous hotels and lodging places are available around (Orsay, Gif-sur-Yvette, Massy...).

The ride from central Paris is approx. 45 min - 1 h.

The closest railway station is Massy-Palaiseau TGV.

WiFi

Eduspot and Eduroam WiFi networks are available at the Faculty.

Another network will be available during the congress ("colloques").

Grants

For PhD students of Université Paris-Saclay, financing of registration (part or integrality) can be obtained via the different "Graduate schools (GS)" corresponding to your Doctoral School. Please contact the GS or the directors of your Doctoral School.

Poster can be displayed from 17th july 2023.

Posters sessions posters will take place in the hall of the Faculty.

Short communications

Short communications will last 15 minutes (including questions). Please send your presentation to Pierre Champy and to  Mehdi Beniddir (on the 14t^h of July at last). Pease use a file transfer system if your file exceeds 10 Mo. French and English are accepted.
